Our Alpha Heroes reward and recognition programme is open to all our employees in both customer facing and back of house roles - regardless of position - and was introduced to recognise and reward the unsung heroes who make a vital contribution to the success of the business.
Annually, team and individual awards are given to those who embody our values and excel in their roles, recognising outstanding examples of ‘going the extra mile’. Alpha Heroes schemes run in the UK, Ireland, the USA and Asia.
Our people are nominated by their peers and after an independent review process finalists enjoy a fantastic awards ceremony culminating in a black tie event where winners receive their awards and incredible prizes.
